Avetik Hakobyan (Havet)

He was born in Yerevan on January the first 1944. He is a lecturer at Yerevan State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan. He got his special education at Yerevan Artistic-theatrical Institute. Since 1964 he has been participating in republican all-union international exhibitions for which he got a silver medal in 1965. Afterwards he had exhibitions in Modern Art museum, in Writers’ Union, in Kirov Palace of Culture. In 1976 he deserved number 1 award of USSR painters’ union and Ministry of Culture. He is a participant of ‘’Country’s youth’’(1976). He also participated in different international exhibitions in France, Danmark, Bulgary, Germany, Baltic countries etc. Many works have been published in different albums. Many works are housed in different museums of Armenia and Moscow State museum. There are works which are involved in different personal collections.

Author of many scientific articles, methodical guides, and books where he wrote about armenian painters lived in France.

Gor Gyurjyan

 

Gor Gyurjyan was born on January 16, 1992 in Yerevan. From 2007 to 2009 he has taken the preparatory course in YAFA. From 2009 to 2013 he has attended the Department of Painting of the Faculty of Fine Arts (BA). From 2013 to 2015 he has attended the MA of the same Department.  Since 2014 he is a member of the Artists' Union of Armenia. In 2014 with his “Overcoming” painting he has won the Youth Award of the president of the Republic of Armenia. Since 2007 Gor Gyurjyan has participated in a number of exhibitions and has also had solo exhibitions.

I was born in 1989 at the city Vanadzor. In 2006 I began my education in VPGI "Painting and graphics" and graduated in 2010. Since 2006 I participated in many exhibitions and had 4 personal exhibitions.
